Wood, an electrical engineering student, put in a dominating performance alongside his Lords as they won the Niagara Invitational defeating Georgian, Redeemer, Algonquin and George Brown en route to the title. Following the event, Wood was named MVP. With his league high hitting percentage of .517, Wood looks to lead Durham to their first podium finish at the OCAA championship since 2006.
