Scoreboard

Intramurals are organized, student-based sporting leagues offered in a variety of sports and activities. Many of these leagues offer a recreational or competitive division of play:

  • Recreational focuses on fun, healthy, active participation for individuals with basic skill and experience in the sport. Individuals looking to try a new sport are recommended to play at a recreational level.
  • Competitive levels of play are for individuals with a higher level of skill, more experience and generally increased levels of fitness. Individuals with competitive or varsity experience are recommended to play at a competitive level.

Intramurals provide the opportunity for students to engage in friendly competition, develop teamwork and leadership skills, foster new social connections and enhance their overall health and well-being. We encourage inclusivity and welcome students of all interests, abilities and skill levels to participate.

SPORTS & LEAGUES

Our intramural program offers a variety of sports, including basketball, badminton, cricket, esports, ice hockey, floorball hockey, pickleball, soccer and volleyball. Sport-specific leagues are offered in both the fall and winter semester with various sports offered each semester. Leagues can be offered in recreational or competitive divisions of play, as well as men’s, women’s and mixed leagues.

REGISTRATION

To register for intramurals, please visit the Recreation Portal. All players must register and pay individually to confirm their spot in the league and/or on their preferred team. Intramural player and team requests can be submitted online through the Recreation Portal (first-come, first-served).

Captains can create teams for prospective teammates to join. Free agents/individual players are requested to join the designated Campus Recreation Free Agent Team (i.e. Free Agent Team 1). If a team does not meet the team requirements (i.e. only 3-4 players), they must also join the Campus Recreation Free Agent Team.
