Rudder, a first-year child and youth care major, helped lift the women's soccer team to their first win of the season behind the strength of a hat-trick performance. The new Lords striker recorded her first career OCAA goal just past the 40 minute mark of the Lords Friday night road win over the George Brown Huskies. Rudder then added her second of the contest in the 52nd minute of the match, slipping past the Huskies keeper to deposit the ball into an empty net. Her final goal in DC's 4-0 win was scored on a penalty kick in the 57th minute, showing clinical finish from the spot.
