Armstrong, a third-year police foundations major, was an imposing presence at the net for DC as the Lords booked their ticket to the OCAA championship with an OCAA crossover victory versus Sheridan this past Saturday. The 6'2 middle surpassed her previous regular season career-high's in points, kills, and blocks - coming up clutch in the playoff outing with 17 points, 11 kills, and an impressive seven blocks. With no answer for her in the middle, Armstrong recorded a .450 attack percentage in the four set battle as the No. 4 nationally ranked Lords knocked off the Bruins at home.
