Lyon, a second-year recreation and leisure student, showed incredible improvement at his second OCAA championship event finishing in the top 10 in the province. Recording a three-day score of 235 (82, 77, 76), Lyon finished in ninth place at the provincial showcase, an impressive leap from a 36th place result at the 2019 event just two years prior. Along with his individual success, Lyon also led the Lords men's team in finishing fourth in the team competition with a teams score of 963. Lyon and the men's golf team will also join Fraser and the women's team at the CCAA national championship in Windsor after qualifying following the stellar provincial results.
