Dusome, a first-year police foundations student, was a key offensive spark for the Lords attack in their 17-7 bronze medal victory over the Humber Hawks this past Saturday. The 6'2 centre scored two tries in the win. The first came in the opening half of action, when Dusome was able to finish off a great push down the field by the Lords, punching it in from tight to the Hawks try line to jump ahead. The Oshawa native then added a another in the second half when he broke away from Humber's defensive line, utilizing his speed to score on a long run. In addition to his offensive production, Dusome also provided interior defense working in great unison with teammates on several strong tackles to help secure a third medal in three seasons for the Durham Lords men's rugby program.
