Clarke named student-athlete of the week
 
OSHAWA, Ont. – Ajahmo Clarke (Ajax, Ont.) has been named the Durham College student-athlete of the week presented by Boston Pizza North Oshawa for the period ending Nov. 30.
 
Clarke, a recreation and leisure student at Durham College, led the Lords in scoring in both of their games last week. In Tuesday’s 110-67 win over Fleming he had 37 points and seven rebounds. He followed that with a 26-point performance on Saturday against Centennial in a 105-92 loss. He also picked up five boards in the game against the Colts.
 
This Wednesday the Durham College men’s basketball team wraps up the first half of their season on the road against George Brown. Tip-off is 8 p.m.
