BARRIE, Ont. - The Durham College men's volleyball team fell in straight sets to the OCAA east second place Georgian Grizzlies on Wednesday night in Barrie. Set scores were 18-25, 15-25, 18-25.
The 5-1 Grizzlies dominated play at the net, outscoring the Lords 44-18 in kills on the evening. Durham made a run in the third set as they searched for a comeback, but were unable to match the offensive power Georgian brought to the game down the stretch.
The Lords will look to rebound on home court next Thursday, Nov. 22 when they welcome the Fleming Knights to the Campus Recreation and Wellness Centre. First serve is scheduled for 8 p.m.

Tyler Krabi (Stouffville, Ont.) produced a team-high eight points from seven kills and one block.

Lucas Pichl (Cobourg, Ont.) and
Aaron Banga (Oshawa, Ont.) recorded five and four points, respectively.
• Georgian's Bowen Mitton had a match-high 15 points off of 11 kills and four service aces.

Kyler Woodburne (Bowmanville, Ont.) guided the Lords offence with 18 assists, while Pichl and Banga led the way defensivly with four digs apiece.
• Liam Gray recorded a game-high 38 assists for the Grizzlies, while Erich Perau had a game-high six digs.
