SCARBOROUGH, Ont. – Up by a point with 3:28 to go in the final quarter, the Durham College men's basketball team was unable to hold on as the Centennial Colts picked up a 71-65 victory on Wednesday night.
RJ Stephenson (Markham, Ont.) finished the night with a double-double, dropping 16 points with 12 rebounds.
Adam Hosseini (, Ont.) tied the team high, also dropping 16.
For Centennial, Makaile Richards came off the bench to lead the game with 14 rebounds, while the Colts offence was paced by Covaun Armstrong and Quentin Herbert's 19 points each.
To wrap up their week, the Lords face the Seneca Sting at home on Friday before heading to Fleming College on Sunday.
