Ali Lynette-Krech

Lynette-Krech began her coaching career while attending Boston College on an athletic scholarship where she played NCAA Division I softball in the ACC. By her senior year she was a team leader in batting average and fielding percentage. She graduated in 2012 as a team captain and a letter-winner. 

Lynette-Krech spent nearly her entire Canadian career playing for the Whitby Eagles including the four-time national gold medal winning team helmed by Coach Theriault. She has competed in sixteen nationals, either with her regular team or as a pick-up, and earned four national gold medals, four silver medals and one bronze. Lynette-Krech was also named to the national all-star team six times. Additionally, she has seven provincial gold medals and five individual provincial awards Including three MVP's. 

When home from school during the summer months Lynette-Krech began coaching younger players as an assistant coach in the Scarborough house league. She initially began coaching as a favour to a teammate, but this sparked a passion for helping young players realize their potential. Since then, she has become one of the most sought-after individual and skills coaches in the area. 

Currently Lynette-Krech works in Toronto as a Producer of animated films and series and lives in Whitby with her partner.
