Kasper joined the Lords coaching staff in 2013. She currently works as the athletic manager at Bill Crothers HS.
Kasper played in the CIS for the University of Toronto prior to transferring Laurentian, where she finished her bachelor's degree in Physical Education and Health. In 2008, she earned national recognition as she was named an academic all-Canadian while graduating with honours.
Following her playing career, Kasper coached at a number of camps and clinics throughout the OBA, while helping run the Wildcat House League program. She has also coached a number of junior development and midget development regional teams. She was also the Ryerson Rams assistant coach in 2011-12.
