Eliadis, a first-year pre-health science major, proved to be a difference maker in the Durham Lords men's rugby teams first win in their return season to the OCAA. The Lords defeated the St. Lawrence Vikings 29-23 on Saturday, Sept. 22 in Kingston. Eliadis was a key part of the victory, making several crucial open field tackles to help bottle up the explosive Vikings offence. Trailing 23-22 late in the game, it was Eliadis who broke through late to score the game-winning try and secure the historic victory.
