OSHAWA, Ont. - The Algonquin Wolves maintained their unbeaten streak with a 3-0 victory over Durham on Saturday, moving them to 5-0-1 and securing a three-way tie for first place with Seneca and Centennial. Meanwhile, Durham's two-game win streak was snapped, leaving them in fifth place with a 3-4-0 record.

Algonquin's defense was impeccable, limiting Durham to just six shots, with only three on target, all of which were saved by goalkeeper Paige King. Durham's keeper,
Keyara Lindell, had a busy day, saving eight shots in the first half but was unable to prevent Algonquin from scoring three times.

The Wolves opened the scoring early, with Alexandra Aubin finding the back of the net in the 11th minute. Algonquin continued to press in the second half, with goals from Samantha Jones in the 53rd minute and Cassandra Vanderlaan in the 79th minute, assisted by Olivia Lambert.

Durham will look to rebound on Wednesday as they travel to Scarborough to face the Centennial Colts, who are tied for first. Kickoff is set for 6 p.m.
