TORONTO, Ont. - After defeating the Lambton Lions on the first day of the GBC Classic in Toronto, the Durham Lords men's basketball team fell in the semifinal to the St. Clair Saints on Saturday by a final score of 95-63.
Durham next returns to regular season action on Friday, Jan. 11 as they travel to Peterborough to face the Fleming Knights. Tip off for the first OCAA contest of 2019 is set for 7 p.m.

Dondre Huggins (Scarborough, Ont.) returned to the Lords lineup at the GBC Classic, scoring a team-high 16 points in th semifinal contest.

Craig Hanson (Ajax, Ont.) was once again a reliable weapon in the interior for the Lords with 11 points.
• Hanson also led the way on the glass for the second straight game bringing down seven rebounds, while adding one block.

Alberto Lopez (Barrie, Ont.) also contributed in the paint with six rebounds and one block.
