SCARBOROUGH, ON - The Durham College men's soccer team earned their fourth win in their last five matches with a 5-0 win away to the Centennial Colts on Saturday afternoon.
Durham went ahead on the scoreboard really early with a 6th minute goal from Jaden Grant (Oshawa, ON). Grant came out flying, adding a second goal only six minutes later to put the Lords up by two.
In the 17th minute, John Moncada (Scarborough) scored his team leading seventh goal of the season in his hometown.
Fast forward to the second half, Ibrahim Faheem (Oshawa, ON) scored two goals less than 20 minutes apart to add insurance markers en route to the five goal victory.
Durham outshot Centennial 16-8 across 90 minutes, putting 10 shots on target with half of them finding the back of the net.
