Being named the William Avery Memorial Male Athlete of the Year, Jacob was a powerhouse for the men’s rugby team this past fall. The 6’2 centre was honoured as both the OCAA east and overall scoring champion and an OCAA east all-star. Jacob led the entire conference with an exceptional 78 total points this season from scoring a team-high seven tries, while adding 20 converts and one penalty kick. A season highlight included being named an OCAA star of the week after scoring two tries and four converts in a 28-10 road victory over St. Lawrence.
