Durham College defeats Fleming 76-31
 
OSHAWA, Ont. – The Durham College women's basketball team took advantage of home court for the final time in 2014 on Tuesday night, picking up a 76-31 win over the Fleming Knights.
 
Lindsay Panchan (Ajax, Ont.) led the Lords to their third straight win with a double-double, 27 points and 12 rebounds. Brittany Walters (Oshawa, Ont.) scored 10 points, while the rest of the Durham College offence was spread evenly throughout the lineup.
 
Simone Roesink's 12 points and nine rebounds led the Knights. Cora Howe added eight points and four boards.
 
The Lords led 30-11 after the first quarter, carrying the same lead into halftime (38-19).
 
Durham College outscored Fleming 18-4 and 20-8 in the remaining two quarters.
