Durham College defeats Fleming 3-2
 
OSHAWA, Ont. – Durham College men's volleyball team were up to the task again on Thursday night as they defeated Fleming 3-2.
 
The victory is the Lords eighth straight of the regular season, making them the lone team without a loss in OCAA play.
 
Erik Janssen (Hampton, Ont.) was dominant at the net for Durham, picking up 20 kills and two blocks. Captain Jeremy Hoekstra (Cobourg, Ont.) added 13 kills, while Matthew McGirr (Brampton, Ont.) and Petrus Kuypers (Haydon, Ont.) had 11 apiece.
 
Mike Harper (Oakville, Ont.) led the team with four blocks.
 
Durham led the match 2-1 before Fleming sent it to a fifth and final set with a fourth set win. The Lords took the match 15-11 in the fifth set.
