Box Score PETERBOROUGH, Ont. – The Durham College men's volleyball team have started the season without losing a set through two matches.
The Lords defeated the Fleming Knights 3-0 (25-22, 25-23, 27-25) on Saturday to return to the Campus Recreation and Wellness Centre for their home opener this Thursday with a 2-0 record.
Erik Janssen (Hampton, Ont.) led Durham with 13 kills and one service ace, with
Harrison Wood (Nebraska, U.S.) not far off with 12 kills and two blocks.
Dalton Halligan and Jacob White each had six kills and a block to lead the Knights, while White also had one of Fleming's three service aces.
Durham College's home opener is Thursday, Oct. 29 at the CRWC in Gyms 1/2. First serve for the men's match is scheduled for 8 p.m.
