NORTH BAY, Ont. - Competing in their second exhibition game of this North Bay road trip, the Durham College women's basketball team fell 62-58 to the Nipissing Lakers on Saturday afternoon.
"Playing against some OUA opponents like Nipissing today will be great experience for our team as we get ready for our season," noted Lords head coach Heather Lafontaine. "Despite the final score I was very impressed with our team defence and we are trending in the right direction in terms of trying to peak for that home opener on October 18."
