HALIFAX, N.S. - The Durham College women's basketball team opened their 2019-20 preseason with a trip to Halifax for a trio of exhibition games, winning their first contest 67-50 on Friday afternoon over the UKC Blue Devils.
All 10 players played for DC in the preseason contest, each contributing to the win.
Joining the Lords via Laurentian University, newcomer
Andrea Zulich (Sudbury, Ont.) led the way with 20 points in the win. First-year trade fundamentals student
Kendra Oliver (Ajax, Ont.) also impressed in her first game wearing the green and gold, scoring 17. Meanwhile,
Sierra Oliver (Ajax, Ont.) was a dominant force defensively for the Lords.

Durham keep things rolling tomorrow evening in Halifax with an exhibition game against the Dalhousie Tigers. Tip-off is scheduled for 6 p.m.
