OSHAWA, Ont. - The Durham College men's volleyball team made it back-to-back straight set victories over the St. Clair Saints with another preseason victory on Saturday afternoon at the Campus Recreation and Wellness Centre. Set scores for the contest were 25-22, 25-19, 25-20.
Fifth-year veteran
Tyler Krabi (Stouffville, Ont.) was once again a key piece of the Lords offence, leading the way with a team-high 13 points from 10 kills, two service aces and one block. added five points for DC from four kills and one block. 2018 OCAA all-rookie
James Hirt (Scarborough, Ont.) also impressed with eight points from four kills, two aces and two blocks. Also recording eight points was first-year
Rouzbeh Rahnavard (Richmond Hill, Ont.) who totaled six kills, one ace and one block, while adding a team-high six digs defensively.
Liam Gray (Barrie Ont.) once again served as the Lords primary setter, recording 10 assists in two sets of work, while adding one ace, one block, and three digs.
Durham next heads off to the Humber Cup, taking place from Sept. 27-29 in Toronto.
