OSHAWA, Ont. – The Durham College athletic department is proud to announce that they have been selected as one of the recipients of funding from the Ministry of Sport's Ontario Sport Hosting Program in advance of hosting the 2025 Canadian College Athletic Association (CCAA) Women's Volleyball Championship.
The championship will be held at the Campus Recreation and Wellness Centre in Oshawa, where Canada's top collegiate women's volleyball teams will compete from March 5-8, 2025.
"Our government is proud to support the 2025 CCAA Women's Volleyball National Championship through the Ontario Sport Hosting Program," said Neil Lumsden, Minister of Sport. "This event will be a great opportunity for Canada's best women's collegiate players to showcase their skills in competition with their peers from across the country. My thanks to Durham College of Applied Arts & Technology for hosting the Championship – I know we're all looking forward an exciting event."

The Ontario Sport Hosting Program provides project-based funding to help applicants deliver national and international amateur sport events in Ontario. The province provides an annual investment of $3 million and has supported 190 events since 2018.
