Box Score PETERBOROUGH, ON - The Lords suffered a tough loss in men's volleyball on Wednesday, falling in three sets against the Fleming Phoenix.
All three sets were close but fell in Fleming's favour each time beginning with a 25-20 win in the first set.
The Phoenix went up by two with a 25-18 win in the second set before finishing it off with another 25-20 victory in the third set.
William Egan (Cobden, ON) was a team leader with six kills and eight digs while Tyler Jegen (Calgary, AB) contributed three kills and eight digs on the night.
Jack Egan (Cobden, ON) had an impressive showing with seven kills, marking the fourth time he has hit seven or more kills in a game so far through his freshman campaign.
Ben Rocheleau (Stouffville, ON) saw the floor all night, recording 19 assists and eight digs.
The Lords play their final home game of the season on Saturday, February 3 at 3:00 PM against the Loyalist Lancers. Our graduating seniors will be celebrated immediately before the game.
