Dube, a health science major, has made an immediate impact with the Lords since joining the team starting this semester. In both matches to start 2017 he has been efficient at the net with hitting percentages of .533 and .500 in wins over Seneca and George Brown. Against the Seneca Sting, his conference debut with the Lords, he finished with nine kills. On Saturday at George Brown he picked up seven kills and two aces to help Durham sweep back-to-back matches in the new year.

The volleyball teams return to action Friday in Ottawa when the face the Algonquin Thunder at 6 and 8 p.m. On Saturday, they round out their trip to the nation’s capital with matinee matches against the La Cité Coyotes.
