Cullen, a fourth-year human resources major, was a key piece for the Lords CCAA national championship winning team this past week. Roaming the right side of the park, he delivered exceptional defence as the right back for the green and gold. The Lords led the championship with a tournament low three goals allowed. In addition to his defensive ability, Cullen also scored in the championship final as the unranked Lords went on to upset the No. 3 nationally ranked VIU Mariners 3-2 to win their first men's soccer national banner in program history. He would go on to be named a national championship all-star.
