Box Score BARRIE, ON - The Durham Lords women's volleyball team finished off the 2022-23 OCAA regular season with a road win in straight sets over the Georgian Grizzlies.
The Lords won the opening set by a commanding 25-8 result, before taking the second set 25-14 and finishing off the match with a 25-15 win in the third set.
Jessica Joensen (Brooklin, ON) finished the afternoon with 11 kills on 22 total attempts, along with a team-leading 13 digs, two services aces and one blocked shot.
Mia Hildebrandt (Winnipeg, MB) finished with eight kills, while her and Amanda Larsen (Toronto, ON) were the leaders in service aces with three each.
Larsen and Katie Stewart (Gananoque, ON) each registered six kills in the match.
Brooke Young (Chestermere, AB) assisted 33 times throughout the three set match.Â
