The 1988-89 & 1989-90 Durham College men’s golf teams, led by head coach Gerry Pettit, won back to back OCAA Championship titles. The Lords would run away with the gold medal in the team competition and individual competition amassing a 23-shot victory as a team over second place Seneca. Meanwhile Ryan Hughes would capture his second OCAA individual gold medal shooting a two-day total of 147 (74-73).
