Tracey Michaud was a standout for the Durham College women’s soccer team from 1993 to 1995. Over her three seasons, the team enjoyed considerable success, highlighted by an OCAA bronze medal in 1993, when they defeated Algonquin 2-1 in the medal game.

Recognized as one of the top strikers in the OCAA throughout her entire career, Michaud had an exceptional eye for the net, often leaving defenders struggling to contain her. Her offensive prowess helped the Lords compile a 10-5-3 conference record and an overall 21-11-5 record during her time with the program. Michaud made an immediate impact as a rookie, scoring five goals in six games, and continued to dominate in her second and third seasons, averaging a goal per game and finishing her career with 17 goals in 18 games.

In her final season, Michaud earned an OCAA league all-star award and became only the second player in program history to be named a CCAA All-Canadian. At the time of her retirement, she ranked third on Durham College’s all-time goal-scoring list.
